RESERVATION POLICIES

Rates published on our site are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until payment is received. All reservations are subject to availability. No confirmation numbers will be issued until full payment is received.

Reservations require a minimum of 24 hours notice for both bookings and cancellations. In case of a no-show, the charge is non-refundable, but we offer the option to reschedule the missed tour.

If necessary or required by the sales executive to follow up on your reservation, an official identification (INE, ID, or PASSPORT) will be requested.
