Time of pick up.
The pick up time will be send to your email if you buy it in our website if you bought it with our partners (Tripadvisor, Expedia,Bokun ) The pick up time will be send via extranet of the partner. All pick up will be send 1 day before the tour to give you the exact time of pick up.
How much time do I have to cancel?
You can cancel 48 hours before the tour with 94% of return of your money. The cancelation should do by our system or via email to contact@altustours.com. ( Only bookings done by our system) any other booking should be cancel by the provider.

You can pay via Credit and debit card and PayPal
Price in pesos?
The prices are in pesos the exchange rate its 20 pesos for one dollar.
Whats included in my tour?
It depends on the tour please read thats included and what its excluded in the tour.
Do I need my receive to get in the bus or activity?
The confirmation send it via email you need to print it and show at the time of pick up or at the entrance with an official id.
What happen if I miss my pick up?
Please contact our experts via phone or via email to give you if you can still do the activity that day. (Some tour have a $5 dlls fee of reschedule).
