An entity that contracts and/or acts as an intermediary on behalf of a Tourist User regarding tourist services provided directly by the Provider. In the case of Altus Tours, we act as intermediaries, offering tourist services provided directly by the Provider through the internet.
A person who uses the website in order to use our tourist services or to hire tourist services provided directly by the Provider through our intermediary services.
A natural or legal person who provides tourist services directly to the Tourist User, contracted, reserved, or acquired by the latter through our intermediation.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you declare that you are a natural or legal person, of legal age, competent, and with economic capacity to be bound by them. Likewise, you state your interest in acquiring the intermediation and reservation services specified herein and turn to Altus Tours to act as intermediaries between you and the direct service providers of tourist services.
You declare that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to use our website and accept these terms and conditions. Likewise, you acknowledge and agree that you will be financially responsible for all use of our site and for any legal liability arising from such use.
You acknowledge that the trademarks "Altus Tours" and "Transcendence Marketing, SA de C.V." are registered trademarks for the exclusive use of Altus Tours. By way of example but not limited to, the other trademarks, logos, trade names, patents, utility models, commercial methods, and customer portfolio that appear or function on this Site, constitute Industrial Property rights that are registered and are the exclusive property of Altus Tours. Therefore, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, modify, transmit, or distribute such rights or the content of this Site without prior written authorization from Altus Tours, except when you download to view and print the material contained on this Site or the material that is sent to your email by Altus Tours, which you may use solely for your personal use.
At Altus Tours, we value and respect the privacy of our clients. By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge having read our privacy and security policy, which is incorporated into this document, and agree that its terms are reasonable. By making a reservation with us, you consent to Altus Tours and/or its third-party providers and distributors using your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy and for the purposes set forth therein.
In order to provide you with quality service, Altus Tours collects personal information such as your name, phone number, address, and email address. In some cases, financial information such as credit card number, expiration date, cardholder name, and billing address may also be requested. This information is collected and stored when you make a reservation through our website, by phone, or by any other available means. Providing this information is voluntary but necessary to process your reservation and provide efficient service.
Additionally, we automatically collect non-personal information every time you visit our website, such as the destination you have selected or how you use the site. This information is collected through cookies and is used to improve the user experience and generate internal statistics. We never share, sell, or rent our clients' personal information to third-party companies, unless required by law or to process your reservation.
At Altus Tours, we take the protection of your personal information very seriously. We have implemented security measures to prevent unauthorized access to your information, including data encryption and code technology built to the highest industry standards. All data transmission from our website is encrypted before being sent, using SSL-3 technology.
The rates published on our website are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until payment is received. All reservations are subject to availability. Confirmation numbers will not be issued until full payment is received.
When making a reservation, you will need to provide your payment details through the payment platform, or by written or verbal authorization to charge your credit card. By authorizing the charge, you acknowledge our reservation and payment policies, cancellation policies, and liability extension. Changes to existing reservations are subject to availability and necessary rate adjustments. Once your reservation is completed, we will send you a voucher that you must present when checking in for the reserved service.
Altus Tours reservation hours are from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Central Time in Mexico City. To guarantee the availability of our services, we require a minimum of 24 hours for reservations and cancellations. In case of a no-show, the charge is non-refundable, but we offer the option to reschedule the missed tour.
If necessary or required by the sales representative or to follow up on your reservation, an official identification will be requested, either INE, ID, or PASSPORT.
To provide you with greater security and confidence, we use the services of leading online financial transaction processors, "Stripe or PayPal" (An identification must be presented to board the unit, which must always match the person who made the purchase).
We will send you a credit card acceptance letter that you will need to fill out with your credit card information and sign, and then scan and send it to your sales executive along with a copy of your credit card (both sides) and a copy of your official identification. Sending this documentation is essential as we will use it to process the charge to your card with the bank.
